My how time has seem to flown by in the past couple of months, and stood still. I'm so much in love and I want everyone to know it. It took me by surprise. I honestly thought when embarking on my Second Life journey that having an honest to goodness relationship was impossible and that everyone in them in SL was nuts. And then I met Kush.
You may have noticed my focus has gone by the wayside when it comes to updating my blog, taking photos, sharing my silly fashion tidbits, and making fun stuff to sell. I've been preoccupied with trying to spend every waking moment with him and all that entails.
I won't bore you with the details, but we have so much in common, that we're constantly shopping, re-doing our sim, or showing off our new outfits. It's kind of pathetic the amount of prims we have on our sim, just so we can have all the yummy stuff out that we've scored in the gatcha machines or at different fairs or events. Our sim was focused on a desert theme at first (cause we both fell in love with the Arizona house by [ba], but we've since redone the place and now it's my fave, fantasy type forest. LOVE it. It was the first time I got to do pretty much the entire sim myself. Kush designed the layout, where things would go and such, and I got to put all the landscaping. Such a blast. I promise, I'll share photos soon.
Today's blog post isn't about that though. It's about 2 months. In SL. Together. And still not able to get enough of each other. I've heard rumors that's pretty amazing for an SL relationship, so I'm preening like a peacock about it. By now it's almost 2 and a half months. I'm slow in editing stuff. Don't judge. Shopping takes a lot of time.
So I wanted to share our two month anniversary photos with ya'll. I think we look darling. It was kind of a rough night. We dressed up, but had so many issues at every sim we went to, we ended up at a JimmyT show (which is awesome), so the night ended properly. Wouldn't have it any other way, as JimmyT is the one who sang me the song telling me how much Kush loved me the first time. (I know, beyond romantic. I'm a lucky girl.)
PS - just so ya'll know, it's not all sunshine and roses ALL the time. If you're curious or just like reading about other peoples lives, or really want to read a good blog (I'm not biased AT all), go check out Kush's blog here: Days of Our Second Lives. He loves to write about all our "speed bumps" along the way, helps him process. That's it for today!
